In projects where natural UV light is required, standard PVB used in laminated glass cannot meet safety and security needs. Alcam offers solutions with TROSIFOL NATURAL UV PVB for projects such as greenhouses, enclosed botanical gardens, and healthcare centers where natural UV light is necessary.

Alcam’s Expertise and Experience in This Product

In the lamination process, two or more glass panes, with interlayers placed between them, are bonded under high heat and pressure. The interlayers can be made of PVB or ionoplast (SGP). In the specially climate-controlled Lamination Room, where temperature and humidity are continuously monitored, the glass with PVB or SGP interlayers undergoes preheating and bonding. Afterward, they are laminated in autoclave furnaces at the appropriate heat and pressure based on the type, thickness, and interlayer material of the glass.
